How this works
Everything on this page is a rule rather than a promise: what we do, what we do not, what free includes, what counts as a lead, and how the shop ranking is decided. Published, so nobody has to ask.
We do three things
- Directory
- Be findable by what you actually stock — by tower, by floor, by brand, by model.
- Quotes
- Buyers post what they need. You reply with your rate. One request reaches every shop that stocks it.
- Leads
- Every call, WhatsApp tap, chat and quote request on your shop, recorded with a status and a note.
What the badges mean
Badges
- Contact verifiedThe phone number on this listing has been confirmed as reachable.
- Documents submittedThe shop has sent proof of business, and staff have not finished checking it. It is not yet a verified claim.
- GST verifiedThe GST number on this listing matches a registration in this shop's name.
- Fully verifiedContact, documents and GST have all been checked, and the shop has traded here without an unresolved dispute.
- No badgeNobody has checked this listing beyond staff approving it for display. Treat the details as a starting point.
Each badge also prints its own words: colour is a second signal, never the only one. Lighter means less was checked; darker means more.
And these we do not do
- We do not sell anything
- No cart, no checkout for goods, no commission on your trade. You and the buyer settle between yourselves, on your terms.
- We do not hold stock
- Nothing here is in a warehouse of ours. What a listing says is what a dealer typed, with the date they last touched it printed beside it.
- We do not ship
- Delivery is between you and the shop. Some deliver, some do not — the listing says which, because we asked them.
- We do not guarantee a dealer's promise
- A verification badge says we checked a specific thing — a GST number, an address, a phone. It is not a promise about the goods, and we will never pretend it is.
- We take money for two things only
- A dealer's plan, and an advertising placement that is labelled as one wherever it appears. Never for a sale, never for a buyer.
What free includes
A basic listing is free, and stays free.
- Your shop on its tower page, its floor page, and in search by what you stock.
- 50 core credits a month — enough to act on 50 enquiries.
- 5 feature credits a month against 4 reports — so nothing on the free tier is actually locked.
- Enquiries always arrive. Credits decide when you can act, never whether you hear about it.
What counts as a lead
A credit comes off only when you do one of these — an act by you, never an event caused by the buyer:
- Contacts revealed
- Quote requests opened
One contact credit, and everything it includes
- Their name and phone number
- Chat with them, for as long as your shop is listed
- Taking the conversation to WhatsApp
And these are never charged for
- A buyer never spends anything
- Not to search, not to ask, not to be answered. Nothing a buyer does on this site costs a buyer money.
- The same enquiry is charged once
- Open it ten times, reply twice, come back next week — one credit. You are charged for the introduction, not for working it.
- An enquiry always reaches you
- Running out of credits never stops a message arriving. It decides when you can act on it, never whether you hear about it.
- We do not sell your enquiry to anyone else
- A buyer who asks you is not resold as a lead to four of your neighbours. That is the practice this market complains about, and it is not ours.
What a buyer's credits buy
Credits arrive free every month. Every button says what it costs before you press it, and chat is always free.
- Show a shop's phone and WhatsApp1 credit
- Good for 30 days from the day you open it.
- Post a quote request1 credit
- Shops that stock it send their price.
- See which shop sent a quote1 credit
- Accepting a quote shows you that shop free.
- Plan the walk: create a plan10 credits
- The route, a notebook page and a PDF. Shops, order and day are free to change for 24 hours.
- Plan the walk: change a plan's shops7 credits
- After the first day. Times, order and notes stay free.
- Plan the walk: keep a plan for a month2 credits
- Otherwise it is removed 7 days after you make it.
How shops are ranked
Every signal, with what it can actually be worth. These figures are read from the code that does the ranking rather than retyped here, so this page cannot drift away from the truth.
| Signal | Up to |
|---|---|
| VerificationWhat has actually been checked about your shop — contact, documents, GST, or all of it. | 480 |
| A filled-in listingHours, floor, categories, phone, what you deal in. A complete listing is a shop a buyer can act on. | 200 |
| Paid planA boost, and deliberately not a trump card — worth about two verification levels. A complete, checked, well-reviewed free shop still beats an empty paid one. | 250 |
| Years in the marketThe one signal a new listing cannot manufacture. Counts up to twelve years — Nehru Place is older than that, and so are some of its shops. | 100 |
| How fast you replyMeasured from real conversations, not from what a shop claims. Silence costs you here. | 150 |
| ReviewsThe rating, and how many. Capped, so two hundred old reviews do not outrank everything for ever. | 250 |
| Stock actually listedCapped at fifty. The signal is that you filled your shelf, not that you uploaded a spreadsheet. | 75 |
| Still activeFades to nothing after 45 quiet days. A shop that stopped answering stops ranking. | 80 |
| Total possible | 1,585 |
Money helps and money does not win. A complete, checked, well-reviewed free shop still outranks an empty paid one — and that is asserted in a test, not only claimed here.
Who this is for
This is a business directory, and an account may only be created by someone 18 or older — the age of majority under the Indian Majority Act, 1875. We do not knowingly collect a child's data, and an account we learn belongs to a minor is removed.
No account is needed to browse, search or read a price. Anyone may do that, and nothing about them is recorded to do it.
